I also would like to perform a little experiement between 5x5 and 3x8 on the stronglifts programs since the overall volume is the same. I am leaning towards Stronglifts 5x5 because there is more volume and although I am not super strong I would say I am probably past beginner and I am not sure if Starting Strength has enough volume.
